Snapshot:
Mission
Modernizing a 15-year-old legacy system.
Impact
Supporting thousands of Cast Members across the entire Disney ecosystem.
Tech Stack
Figma, Disney design system, and a lot of coffee.
The Challenge
I’m currently at Disney Experiences, leading the end-to-end redesign of their food and beverage booking tool. The original system launched in 2009—think QuickBooks 1992 vibes.
My mission: Dragging this legacy beast into the modern era with a scalable, web-based platform for thousands of Cast Members across parks, resorts, and cruises.
The Struggle
The existing tool was a victim of its own longevity: a legacy interface built on outdated patterns that hindered scalability. My goal was to transform this high-friction environment into a streamlined, enterprise-grade platform that prioritized user velocity and brand consistency.

The Solution
Using the latest Disney Design System, I’m rebuilding the interface from the ground up. We're focusing on making workflows effortless and accessible so Cast Members can spend less time clicking and more time creating magic.
Due to my contract with the House of Mouse, I can’t show the full transformation here yet (phase I officially launched Fall 2025 and phase II will launch in Q1 of 2026). But here are a few examples how I redesigned this tool. If you want to see how I’m solving complex inventory puzzles for the world’s biggest theme parks and resorts, let’s chat privately.
Alternatively, I can send you an invite to a demo video of the internal enterprise tool I also redesigned called 'AIC', an inventory management system, set to launch Q2 2026.
